Neon Ferry pushes ranked to spring

Neon Ferry's ranked ladder moves to spring. The note is unusually plain: they watched silent lobbies and did not like the sport they were about to build. A ping system for routes ships first, in a winter patch.

That matches the community filing. Coast Mode's 7.9 was never about the ladder. It was about whether a stranger would talk. The ping tool is the right experiment. We will audit it when it is in players' hands, not in a bullet.
